CLAIMS
All goods must be examined upon receipt. We are not liable for damage
caused by carrier or customer. Any claims for damage caused by carrier
must be filed with that carrier. Reimbursement will be issued upon
receipt of settlement with carrier. Any claims for concealed damage or
shortages must be made to Rock Bottom Music within 5 days of receipt.
Unauthorized field labor/parts charges will not be honored.
Promotional items are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift
certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash. All items
specified as N.O.S. (New Old Stock), Demo, Scratch &
Dent, Used, Blem, Display, Promotional, Auction, etc. are sold As-Is
unless otherwise specified. Please refer to any warranties for these
products. Media such as (CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, Videos, etc), (Custom
Made Items) as well as (Photos, Posters, Artwork, Decals, etc.) are
non-returnable. Some products must be registered for warranty through Rock
Bottom Music and not directly through the manufacturer.
No warranties are implied unless specified.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized and returned within 30 days of receipt
of goods with freight and proper insurance prepaid. A Return Materials
Authorization number (RMA#) also referred to as (RA#) must be obtained
from Rock Bottom Music and appear on all returned packages. All
returned goods must be in original container with all packing
materials, paperwork and promotional items.
MINIMUM
MAIL ORDER/SHIPPING
$20.00 Minimum credit card sale per shipping address (mail-order). All
prices listed are less shipping & processing charges. Georgia
sales tax will apply to residents of Georgia and all walk-in
customers. It is purchasers duty to know, understand and abide by tax
laws that pertain to their state. It is Rock Bottom Music's right to
chose shipping carrier and ship or drop ship from any preferred
location.

otherwise specified. While
every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information

assume no responsibility for errors or omissions, or for damages

surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is
completely voluntary. Contact information will be used to notify the
winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes
of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of Rock Bottom
Music.
Children
We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's
products for purchase
by adults as a small percentage of our business. If you are under 13,
you may contend business with Rock Bottom Music, only with express
permission and guidance of a parent or guardian.
Disputes
Any
dispute relating in any way to your visit to Rock Bottom Music or to
products you purchase through Rock Bottom Music shall be submitted to
confidential arbitration in Georgia, except that, to the extent you
have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Rock Bottom
Music’s intellectual property rights, Rock Bottom Music may seek
injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court
in the state of Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and
venue in such courts.
Privacy
Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to
change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any
time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will
do our best to notify our customers. Rock Bottom Music, its owner and
employees
do not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors
(including prices), incorrect manufacturer's specifications or
changes, or grammatical inaccuracies in any product included in the
Rock Bottom Music store, catalog, or Website. All prices are subject
to change without notice.

Bottom Music Store Terms
We
do not accept personal checks.
A
$35.00 service charge is applied to returned or unacceptable
currencies. A 15%
restocking fee is applied to all returns. Other fees incurred are
the responsibility of the customer. Fees may apply to returns that
require replacement parts to preserve a new or like-new condition.
Wear-items such as guitar strings, drum heads, sticks,
mallets, beaters, etc. are not refundable or returnable. A credit
card refund may incur a 3% surcharge. Refunds are applicable within
a 5-day period for items of $100.00 or less. New items over $100.00
are exchangeable only.
A
valid ID is required for all credit card purchases.
All
sales require 7% Georgia Sales Tax.
Valid
ID and proof of authorization is required for any tax-exempt sales
and are for the sole use of the organization. These items are not to
be used for resale.
Gift
Certificates are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable for
cash.
Special
order items are to be pre-paid in full and are not refundable. New
items may be exchanged for in-store stock items within 30
days of purchase upon managements discretion. A valid receipt must be presented.
We
do not sell items to children under the age of 13 years of age
without parental consent.
Only
one coupon may be used per customer and per purchase.
We
are not responsible for any typos or endorsements.
All
prices subject to change without notice.
Some
items may show minor cosmetic blemishes. Please inspect items prior
to purchase. These items have been reduced in price to atone the
difference.
Used,
scratch and dent, blem, liquidation, consignment, and special order
items are not exchangeable or refundable. All sales are final on
these items. These items do not bear any warranty.
Layaway
is available for a period of 30 days. A minimum down payment of 25%
is required per item. A 15% restocking fee is applied to any item
not paid in full. Items not claimed in 60 days will be forfeited and
become property of Rock Bottom Music.
All
repairs must be paid in full and picked up in a period of 7 days of
contact. Items
not claimed in 30 days will be forfeited and become property of Rock
Bottom Music to be sold to pay for all incurred parts and labor
costs.
We are
not responsible for any losses or damages caused by products or
misuse of products.
We are not responsible for any losses
or damages on consignment items.
